Download from instagram

Step1 - After logging into your Instagram account on your phone, select the post and click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2 - Tap the “Copy link” button. (Note: you may need to click the "We've moved things around" button first.)

Step 3 - Click on the "Download" button.

Step 4 - Your video will begin downloading.

Step 5 - Once downloading is complete, your video should now be found in your phone's gallery/photos.

The video will have an instagram watermark. However, that will be ignored during judging.

Alternately, you could also utilize your phone's "Screen recording" feature to ensure your video has no watermarks.

Note: Tik Tok has a similar function within its settings.
